Methodology
We use pedagogical methods developed using scientific research and our long experience of working with young people in the most diverse settings.
We offer different kinds of development solutions, in the field of professional development for young creative talents. Our pathways can vary in duration, from a series of a few workshops to a full-time period of a few months. We provide opportunities to coach young talents individually and in groups.
For whom
We work with talents in different stages of their development. From their discovery phase where the focus is on developing self-confidence and basic professional skills, to coaching already known talents who may already have experience within a specific sector of the creative industry (Audiovisual, Music, Urban). And everything in between.
Partners
We like to work together with our partners to solve the bigger problem when it comes to challenges about diversity and inclusion within the various sectors the young people are part of or could become part of.
The cooperation with partners from the education, social, cultural sector as well as the commercial world is very important to us.
This is because we look at the total journey of our young talents, and our activities represent only a moment in their development. We have partners who help our activities with young people before they come to us, during and after.
